Used- Gemco Double Cone Blender with approximately 100 cubic feet working capacity (140 cubic feet total capacity), constructed of 304 stainless steel and designed for efficient, large-batch blending of dry powders and granules. The unit is equipped with a 7.5 HP gear motor rated for 3/60/230/460 volt service at 1,770 RPM, pneumatic braking system, 18-inch diameter charging door with 8-inch access port, and a 12-inch center bottom discharge fitted with a manual butterfly valve. Featuring an 84-inch inside diameter belly band and the proven double cone blending design, this blender provides gentle, low-shear mixing and excellent blend uniformity for free-flowing materials while minimizing product degradation. Overall dimensions are approximately 156" long x 48" wide x 147" high, with an approximate weight of 12,000#. Unit features a hydraulic lift for raising the mixing head, jacketed vessel for heating or cooling, and includes the control panel. Designed for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying high viscosity products. Used- Patterson-Kelley 100 cu.ft. twin shell vacuum dryer. Jacket is rated for the 30 psi @ 250 F. The drying chamber is rated for 150 psi and full vacuum. Drying chamber is designed to turn between .96 to 7.66 rpm using a 10 hp reeves drive. Motor is tagged for hazardous location. The outer shell of each chamber measures 56" diameter x 96". The chamber has an 18" access panel. There is a 12" discharge at the bottom. Contact surfaces are constructed of 304 stainless steel and the jacket is carbon steel. Maximum density of product is 75 lbs per cu.ft. Overall dimensions are 19' 9" long x 83" wide x 10'1" tall. Serial # 204190. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
