Built 2012. Agitator in hot;s not included.

Driven by 125 HP, 460 volt motor into gear reducer. Serial # 40671-3267. All product surfaces 316 Stainless Steel, polished to 120 Grit. OAD: Approx. 16' L x 6' W x 8' h. RECONDITIONED AND NOT USED SINCE.

Used- Myers Tri-Shaft Combination Disperser-Mixer-Emulsifier, Model V550/500EH-15-25, with approximately 100-gallon (375-liter) jacketed 304 stainless steel mixing vessel measuring 30" diameter x 36" straight side with dished top, flat bottom, 14 psi jacket rating, and internal vacuum rating. Equipped with three explosion-proof variable-speed drives totaling 55 HP: 15 HP three-wing anchor agitator with side and bottom scrapers, 25 HP high-speed paddle blade, and 15 HP third-shaft drive without mixing element. Motors are 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460 volt, with the anchor motor rated at 1765 rpm. Dual-post mounted with hydraulic lift pump. Serial #977. Suitable for high-viscosity mixing, dispersing, and emulsifying applications involving adhesives, sealants, inks, coatings, caulks, gels, creams, pastes, and pigmented dispersions.

Jacket Rated 90PSI at 332 Deg F, 90PSI at -20 Deg F at 90PSI. Inside dimensions: 42" ID x 40.5" deep. Center bottom outlet 2 " ferrule for Cherry Burrell valve (no valve). Single motion scrape surface agitation w/1.5HP drive and baffle. Two-piece cover. Has Thermometer and Sprayball. Built in 2014.
