Description:

This used Urschel Model G-A Dicer is designed for high-speed precision cutting of fruits, vegetables, and other food products. Currently set up for 5/16" dices, this machine is capable of producing uniform cubes, French fry strips, and slices from a variety of soft ripe fruits and brittle root vegetables.
