Reconditioned- Sanborn 60" x 30" Perforated Basket Centrifuge, 316 stainless steel construction (product contact areas), maximum bowl speed 900 rpm, 20 cubic feet cake solids capacity, tri-pod suspension system, vapor-tite inspection door, full length single motion plow assembly, cake detector, feed pipe, rinse pipe. (New) perforated basket electric drive, and control system package, to operate a Sanborn 60" X 30" Basket Centrifuge. It is understood that the machine will operate in a Class 1, Division 1, Group D environment. The system control panel will be placed in a non-classified area, away from the actual process area. A local XP control station, will be provided for placement near the machine. Also a multiple, Pneumatic valve, and pressure switch interface in an XP enclosure will be furnished to directly actuate the pneumatic cylinders and receive limit switch signals from the centrifuge. The centrifuge will be furnished with a 50 hp, 1200RPM, Class 1 Division 1 electric motor, line regenerative variable frequency inverter, and graphic interface PLC control system. The power and logic enclosure will contain a power disconnect, variable frequency drive, and PLC logic components. Additionally, the enclosure will house a graphic "Touch Screen", and operators controls. A second enclosure in XP construction, will be provided to house the pneumatic control valves and limit switch interface. An Allen-Bradley "Control Logix", PLC will be utilized for machine cycle control and monitoring. Reported to be reconditioned.
