Description

This used 200-liter industrial pressure mix tank, manufactured by Lee Industries, is designed for demanding mixing and processing applications. Built with 316L stainless steel, this vertical pressure vessel ensures excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and compliance with sanitary processing requirements.

The tank features a dished top and bottom, optimizing fluid flow and easy drainage. Rated for 30 psi internal pressure and vacuum conditions, it is well-suited for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetic applications. The top-entering dual 3-blade turbine agitator facilitates efficient mixing and dispersion, though a motor and drive are required for full operation.

With multiple top openings, including a 10-inch cover, one 3-inch opening, and six 1-1/2-inch openings, this tank provides easy ingredient addition, venting, and process control. The 1-1/2-inch center bottom outlet is designed for efficient discharge, with an approximate 5-1/2-inch height. For added convenience, the tank is mounted on four legs with casters, ensuring mobility and easy integration into processing environments.
