This used Precision Stainless 103L (27.2-gallon) vertical jacketed tank is designed for freeze/thaw processing and precise temperature control applications. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, it features a dished removable top head and dished bottom head, enhancing durability and fluid flow. The 304L stainless steel dimple jacket is rated at 100 psi / FV at -20°F to 250°F, while the internal chamber is rated at 45 psi / FV at -20°F to 250°F. The tank includes multiple openings for process integration, four internal baffles for enhanced mixing efficiency, and a center bottom outlet for smooth product discharge. It is mounted on four legs with casters for easy mobility.
