Line completely rebuilt in 2000 consisting of: (1) Egan extruder screw diameter 3.54" (90 mm), L/D ratio 30, DC drive 100 hp (75 kW), Beringer self-lock screen changer and gear pump fitted. (1) Egan adhesive extruder, screw diameter 2" (55 mm), L/D ratio 20 with Beringer self-lock screen changer. (1) Egan extruder, screw diameter 3.54" (90 mm), L/D ratio 30, DC drive 75 hp (56 kW) with Beringer self-lock screen changer. (1) Egan extruder, screw diameter 3.54" (90 mm), L/D ratio 30, DC drive 100 hp (75 kW) wtih Beringer self-lock screen changer and gear pump fitted. Sheet die: Kuhne/Egan width 63.4" (1610 mm), opening max 3 mm with connector for 5 extruders. Calander: 3 primary rolls vertically positioned, roll diameter 20" (500 mm), roll width 66" (1680 mm), 2 secondary rolls behind the 3 vertical units, diameter 20" (500 mm) and width 66" (1680 mm).
