Used- Welding Engineers Twin Screw Extruder. Model HT0.8, .8" diameter screw, 34:1 having counter-rotating tangential screw design. Barrel has (7) sections including (2) vented and plugged sections and (1) vented section. Barrel is electrically heated, air cooled via compressed air. New Watlow PLC controls all (7) temprature zones. Gearbox is driven by approximately 10 hp DC motor with SCR control.
