The Used Shanklin Model F4A is a continuous motion horizontal shrink wrapper built for efficient, high-throughput form-fill-seal operations. Designed with a static longitudinal lap seal and a wire end seal, this system creates tight, consistent packages using shrink film.
The end seal dimensions are 6" high x 16" wide, which directly defines the opening size through which products must pass. As such, actual package dimensions will be slightly smaller than this due to film and clearance tolerances. The maximum package circumference is 38 inches, allowing you to wrap a wide range of medium-to-large products.
The unit is equipped with an 8-foot flighted infeed conveyor for precise product alignment and high efficiency. With OEM-rated speeds of up to 75 packages per minute, the Shanklin F4A is ideal for paper, printed materials, office supplies, and boxed retail items.
