Arpac BPMP 5000 Series Single Roll Clear/Print Registered Film Multipacker – 50 PPM, Integrated Shrink Tunnel
Used- Arpac Brandpac Model BPMP-5342 Automatic Single Roll Shrink Bundler, for Print Registered Film. Capable of Unsupported Multipack Shrink Bundling or Tray Product Shrink Bundling. OEM rated speeds up to 20 trays or 50 multi-pack bundles per minute. The 5000 series units have a product size range: (Width across the machine) 6" - 13", (Length down machine) 3" - 12", (Height) 3" - 12". Film width: 20" maximum and 6" minimum. Film roll diameter up to 20" on 3" diameter core. Film gauge: 1.75 mil to 2.5 mil polyethylene. Has single roll clear/printed film capabilities with film registration. The infeed conveyor is 15" wide X 115" long (now incomplete) and has pneumatic side clamps and infeed gates for tray, plus dual side star wheels for unsupported wrapping with container grouping collation of 2, 3 or 4 across feeding and pacing flight bar spacing. Equipped with Servo driven film feed and cutter. Has an integrated 3 zone Arpac shrink tunnel, size of 11' long x 30" wide x 17" tall. Has Allen Bradley 5/03 PLC and Parker Apex 6154 Servo Drive with Variable VFD for infeed and tunnel and belt drive. Serial# 4528. 3/60/460, 115A.

This used Arpac Brandpac BPMP-5342 Automatic Single Roll Shrink Bundler is a high-speed, industrial shrink packaging system, designed for multipack shrink bundling and tray product wrapping using clear or printed polyethylene film.
With an OEM-rated speed of up to 50 bundles per minute, this machine is ideal for high-output production lines, offering both unsupported and tray-supported shrink bundling. The servo-driven film feed and cutter ensure precise film application, while the film registration system aligns printed film perfectly for branded multipacks.
The integrated 3-zone Arpac shrink tunnel (11’ L x 30” W x 17” H) provides uniform heat distribution, ensuring consistent shrink wrap results. The 15” wide x 115” long infeed conveyor (currently incomplete) includes pneumatic side clamps and infeed gates for tray handling, while the dual side star wheels enable unsupported multipack bundling with container grouping for 2, 3, or 4-across feeding.
