Maximum capacity is 20-83 bottles per minute/1200-5000 per hour depending on the bottle size. Currently set up to 3.38 Oz. (100 ml.) 49 mm diameter 8.45 Oz. (250 ml.) 66 mm diameter, 16.9 Oz (500 ml.) 78 mm diameter and 33.8 Oz. (1000 ml.) 95 mm dia. glass bottle infusion formats. 12 bottle feeding stations. Optic four camera inspection device. Stainless steel electric cabinet 8kw-400volt/50-60cycle/3ph. 90 psi (6 bar) air operating pressure. On 4 legs. (1) Touch PC operating panel includes keyboard and emergency bottom. (1) Brevetti C.E.A S.p.A. stainless steel infeed turn table, 50.7" (1300 mm) diameter, includes motor, on 4 legs. (1) Infeed conveyer, on legs. (1) Discharge conveyer, on legs. (1) Double discharge conveyer for rejected bottles, on legs. (2) Brevetti C.E.A S.p.A. stainless steel round tables for rejected bottles, 31.2" (800 mm) diameter, includes motor on 4 legs. Includes additional operating infrastructure. Overall machine/line/system footprint: 144" (4420 mm) x 12.6" (3860 mm) x 81" (2470 mm) high.
