Description:

The Amplas Model 1425 SUT is a high-speed bottom seal and T-shirt bag-making machine designed for efficient in-line or off-line production. With a size of 55" HP, this complete system is capable of producing twin-seal merchandise or T-shirt bags. The die cutter system allows for interchangeable dies to accommodate a variety of bag types. Featuring a servo drive system, the machine operates at speeds of up to 350 feet per minute (FPM) and 160 cycles per minute (CPM). Previously used for running five-up small T-shirt bags, the system includes a five-up bracket unwind post gusseter, accumulator system with five-up Accuguide units for edge guiding, a pin stacker, five-up punch unit, and an indexing conveyor.
