Set-up to run Applesauce type product in a 3.17 oz (90 gram) stand-up, gusset bottom pouch, with Baby Food / Child Safe cap. 4-up Indexing pouch transport. Up to approximately 400 pouches per minute (depending on pouch size). Pouch size minimum 60mm x 60mm, maximum 100mm x 175mm. Film reel 600mm max, film inner core approximate 150mm. Equipped with 4 mass flow meter fillers for dosing open pouches. Equipped with cap/fitment sorting bowls and fitment sealers designed for Menshen Child Safe caps.
