Used- Tonazzi Colibri Automatic Plastic Tube Filler and Sealer. Rated from 20-80 tubes per minute depending on materials and application. Size range: 3/8" - 2" in Diameter; 2" - 10" in Height. Fill range: 0.1 oz - 13 oz with accuracies + / - 1% for non-aerated products (with proper change parts). 5" centers. Currently set up on 1.35" diameter tubes. Control panel has Telemecanique PLC with digital readout start/stop, heater, agitation, orientation and suction on/off switches, e-stop and interlocked safety doors. Equipped with stainless steel product hopper and agitator, empty tube feed magazine, low tube sensor, 12 station carousel, registration, diving nozzles with positive shut-off, no tube / no fill, heated sealing and water cooling jaws with trim station. 3/60/220V.
