Used- Lakso (IMA) Model 300 Automatic Twin Head Cottoner. Machine is capable of speeds up to 300 containers per minute with a maximum cotton weight range of 26 grams per yard and a cut length range of 2-1/2" to 7". It is capable of one to two insertions per bottle (at 1/2 speed). Unit is complete with push button adjustable head and height, cotton feed detection, conveyor with timing screw, bottle jam and missing cotton detection. Conveyor measure 4.5"W x 130"L, has plastic table top chain. Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC controls with Parker CTC HMI. Serial # 300-197. Power 3/60460V. Last used in nutritional solid dose packaging line.
