Used- Alar Auto-Vac Filter System consisting of: Alar Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter, Model Auto-Vac 340. 36" Diameter x 48" face stainless steel drum, approximately 37.7 square foot nominal filter area. Drum driven by a 1/2 hp, 90 volt, 1750 rpm gear motor, ratio 297.73 to 1. Adjustable knife discharge, bottom holding tank with rake agitator, driven by a .33 hp, 3/60/575 volt, 1140 rpm motor. Spray bar, Snyder 250 gallon plastic receiving tank with Lightnin .5 hp agitator with 3-blade turbine, (1) pressure tank, (1) Sihi 10 hp vacuum pump, (1) diaphragm pump, dayton dust collector, control panel with hmi and Lenze AC drive. All mounted on one frame. Additionally Includes Carbon steel approximate 1500 gallon tank with approximate 1.5hp dual 3-blade agitator, (1) Snyder plastic 125 gallon polymer tank with 1/3 hp dual 3-blade agitator, Snyder plastic receiving tank with Dayton steam/hot water unit and 1hp pump, (2) Sandpiper pumps, (1) Aro pump. Requires 575V- 60HZ- 3 phase power for the main components (a transformer for US power can be purchased separately) and 110V 15 amp for secondary components.
