Used- Carrier Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer Model QAD. 72" Wide x 366" Overall Carbon Steel Bed. 15 hp Drive. Originally designed to dry coal pellets from 16% to 11% water, pellet size range was 1/2" to 1" at 30 tons/hour at 40 pounds/cubic foot. Can be used to dry anything from 1/8" or larger at rates up to 200 Tons/hour, air flow rate approximately 50,000 CFM, material discharge temperature 160F, drying air temperature 350F, inlet temperature 150 to 170F. Includes dryer, NY Blower, Control box for dryer, fan control system, inlet and outlet plenum, 2 eccentrics with 7.5 hp motors, legs. Built 1998.
