Description

This Used BAC 2-Cell Cooling Tower, Model 15425-2, is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade open loop cooling system designed for efficient heat rejection in large commercial, industrial, or process environments. Constructed from galvanized steel, it is built to handle demanding conditions with durability and reliability.

Each of the two cells is built for a flow rate of 1,083 GPM, supporting 361 nominal tons per cell at standard conditions. The hot water distribution basin nozzles are specifically sized for this flow rate, ensuring optimal thermal performance. At higher loads, the towers can handle up to 1,275 GPM, providing 425 nominal tons per cell based on operating temperatures of 95°F hot water to 85°F cold water at a 78°F wet bulb entering air temperature.

The system features a bottom equalizer connection and flume box equalizer connections to ensure uniform water distribution between the two cold water basins, minimizing operational inefficiencies and providing redundancy.
