This GEA Westfalia containerized wastewater treatment system is a fully integrated mobile solution centered around the UCD 305-00-32 Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge. Designed for industrial and agricultural sludge treatment, the system features 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces, maximum bowl speed of 4500 RPM, and a 24 HP (18 kW) main drive motor. Key separation enhancements include lined cake discharge ports with cake flingers, adjustable liquid plate dams, and a robust conveyor system.
Housed in a 20-foot shipping container, the system is turnkey—complete with a GEA control panel, Borgers sludge pump, discharge conveyor, full sensor array, and piping infrastructure. Previously utilized for pig sludge processing, it offers an ideal compact and mobile solution for remote or flexible sludge dewatering operations.
