Two or three phase separation (presently set for two phase - liquid, solids), maximum bowl speed 4000 rpm. Hogged-out cake discharge ports with wear liners, double lead conveyor, liquid plate dams, gearbox, base, casing approximate drive motor 30kw (40.2hp), 380/50/3. Approximate 7.5 kw (10hp) back drive, mounted on a carbon steel frame, on 6 legs. Previous used on olive oil.
