Used- Turn-key 20,700 Pound Per Hour Hybrid Firetube-Water Tube Biomass Boiler Facility. To include fuel handling system as well as ESP for particulate control. Included is a skid mounted steam turbine-generator set, with single-stage Elliott steam turbine direct connected to an ODP induction type generator, and accessories. The steam turbine is designed for inlet steam conditions of 325 psig, saturated and outlet steam conditions of 95 psig, for steam supply to heating processes. At the rated steam flow of 20,700 PPH, the predicted electrical power output is 250 KW. Included in the package is the motor control center which incorporates the ESP control cabinet, VSD panels as well as the PLC cabinets. Plant constructed by Wellons Inc. and installed in 2013 and operated on a continuous basis for almost 7 years. Steam generation is saturated steam with a maximum operating pressure of 325 psi.
