Vessel measures approximately 58" diameter x 72" straight side with a dished top and slight cone bottom. Atmospheric-rated vessel with a 304 stainless steel jacket rated 50 PSI (-20F to 300F) providing approximately 64 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface. Equipped with a top-entering anchor-style scrape agitator driven by a 5 HP, 3/60/460 volt motor through a 97.89:1 gear reducer for slow-speed, high-torque mixing and efficient wall scraping. Features a 20" manway, 16" x 12" top opening, multiple process nozzles, 4" center bottom outlet with approximately 24" discharge height, 1-1/2" side outlet, and is mounted on (3) stainless steel legs.
