Features a 500-gallon stainless steel mixing vessel with a heating and cooling jacket rated for 40 psi at 287 F. Equipped with counter-rotating double-motion agitation and side-scraping blades designed to promote uniform product mixing, improve heat transfer and reduce material buildup along the vessel walls. Scraped-surface agitation is particularly suited for processing viscous materials and products requiring consistent temperature distribution during heating, cooking or cooling operations.
