Used-Sargent single-pass continuous conveyor dryer. The dryer has a 3 heating zone system, each with an electric heat source. The first zone appears to have a 350° F maximum temperature and zones two and three appear to have a 700° F maximum temperature based on the original drawing. The conveyor dyer has a 20.5" wide stainless steel perforated conveyor belt that passes through a 210" long x 78" wide x 85" tall tunnel. The tunnel has three side access doors. The dryer has a 6" diameter inlet that is 124" from ground level and a 6" diameter outlet that is 30" from the ground. Overall dimensions of the unit are 295" long x 78" wide x 147" tall with drives and motors. Serial # 2036. Built 1976.

Used Charles Ross & Son Model HDM-200 Double Planetary Industrial Mixer With 200 Gallon Maximum Working Capacity. Designed for heavy-duty batch mixing of compatible viscous and high-consistency materials, with an operating capacity range of 30 to 200 gallons. Equipped with (2) carbon steel planetary mixing stirrers operating at approximately 24 RPM orbital speed and 26 RPM stirrer rotation speed. Features a top dust hood with charging port, bottom fume hood and hydraulic lift system with dedicated hydraulic power pack for raising and lowering the mixing assembly. Includes (1) removable mixing can measuring 44" diameter x 33-3/4" deep. Driven by a 40 HP explosion-proof (XP) motor rated at 1,740 RPM, operating on 460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical service. Power is transmitted through a Delroyd Model HV120 reduction gearbox with a 74.21:1 gear ratio. Mixer is mounted on a heavy-duty structural I-beam frame. Serial #35555. Additional mixing cans are available for purchase at an additional cost, subject to availability.
