Bag size range: Up to 12 wide x 2 to 20 long. Features include an Omron PLC with 10.4" color touchscreen HMI, encoder or eye mark bag length control, HMI temperature control, pneumatic film air shaft, tool-less removable forming tube, quick-disconnect sealing jaws and heating elements, sponge bag deflator, adjustable back seal assembly, Lexan safety guard with safety switch, and SMC pneumatics with Thompson shafts and bushings. 1/60/230V. Serial #8373, built 2023. Suitable for a variety of dry, free-flowing, granular, or piece-count products in food, snack, confectionery, pet food, hardware, and general packaging applications.

Possible applications include automatic weighing, filling and packaging of suitable food, snack, confectionery, pet food, nutraceutical and other dry or free-flowing products into preformed pouches.
