Used- Continuous Flow Liquid Nitrogen Processing Tumbler System. System uses liquid Nitrogen to flash-freeze and embrittle the biomass before feeding it into a cylindrical rotary separation tumbler equipped with interchangeable mesh screens, internal helical conveying members, and mixing bars that agitate and advance material through the chamber. Separated particulate material passes through the mesh into an enclosed collection vessel and is discharged by collection augers, while the remaining plant material continues to a separate waste chamber and discharge auger. The system is housed in a refrigerated trailer, and includes an inclined feed auger with hopper, liquid nitrogen application system, rotary tumbler, replaceable screening, product collection system, waste handling system, and electric drives, and is particularly suited for cannabis and hemp processing, trichome separation, and live-resin kief production.
