Used Alfa Laval Model MAPX 207 24 S automatic desludging disc centrifuge with three-phase separation design for liquid/liquid/solid separation. Unit is driven by a 7-1/2 hp, 230/460 VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1,764 rpm motor. Centrifuge is mounted in a carbon steel spill-containment skid with fork slots measuring approximately 90" long x 48" wide x 12" high with approximately 7" inside depth. System also includes (2) basket strainers and (6) stainless steel shell-and-tube heat exchangers, each equipped with (54) tubes measuring approximately 1/2" ID x 47-1/2" long. Serial #2919 100. Last used in biodiesel production. Possible applications include three-phase separation, clarification, purification and solids removal of compatible biodiesel, oils, fuels, process liquids and other suitable liquid/liquid/solid process streams.

Rated for a processing capacity of approximately 7,000 liters per hour (1,850 gallons per hour), depending on product characteristics and separation requirements. Features a high-speed disc stack separation system with desludging capability for discharging accumulated solids during operation. Clarifier configuration is designed for separating suspended solids from a liquid phase, with stainless steel product contact surfaces.
