Used 304L Stainless Steel Tank, Approximately 8,500 gallon. Tank measures approximately 110" diameter x 197" straight sidewall with a 15" cone bottom and is supported by (4) 48" legs. Features a cone bottom with center outlet, (6) 2" top fittings, and (1) 2" bottom outlet for process connections. The tank previously held a non-toxic latex solution and has been cleaned out. The tank was originally insulated, but the insulation has been removed, leaving the stainless steel exterior exposed.

Equipped with a manually adjustable apron for product discharge and manual roll temperature controls for managing processing temperatures. Drive system is believed to consist of a silent chain drive powered by an approximately 10 HP motor. Machine does not include an electrical package.
