This used single-use bioreactor offers a 250-liter capacity in a compact stainless steel design. It features an open top and flat bottom shell, designed for easy cleaning and efficient operation. With a 24" diameter and 36" straight side, the unit is enhanced with a dimple jacket for superior thermal control. The bioreactor operates within an ambient to 40 ± 0.1°C (104 ± 0.2°F) range while maintaining a 0.5 psi bag pressure. It includes an AB Series A Drive paired with a Brother 3-phase induction motor (1/4 hp, 3/60/208-230/460V, 1720 rpm) and a 12.5:1 reduction ratio to ensure efficient mixing. The system is mounted on a robust stainless steel frame and is identified by Serial# H10289-02.
