This used Precision Stainless 27.2-gallon tank is a high-quality freeze/thaw vessel designed for precise temperature control in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, and chemical applications. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, the vessel offers superior corrosion resistance and durability, while the 304L stainless steel dimple jacket provides efficient heat transfer.
The dished removable top head and dished bottom head enhance structural integrity and ensure smooth fluid movement. The jacket is rated at 100 psi / FV at -20°F to 250°F, while the internal chamber is rated at 45 psi / FV at -20°F to 250°F. This tank features multiple process openings, four internal baffles for improved mixing, and a center bottom outlet for easy discharge. Mounted on four legs with casters, it offers mobility and flexibility in various industrial applications.
