Approximate 30:1 L/D ratio, 5 zone non-vented barrel, electrically heated, water cooled with closed loop system with pump, tank and heat exchanger (missing). Approximate 48" centerline height. Driven by an approximate 15hp hp DC motor thru a gearbox, ratio 17.59:1. (1) Die clamp with adapter. (2) Control panels with a Eurotherm temperature panel and a Quantum III drive. Used Davis Standard 3 roll stack. (3) 12" diameter x 24" wide chrome matte cored rolls, driven by a 3 hp, 500 volt, 1750/2300 DC motor thru a reducer. Includes approximate 24" wide x 150" long cooling conveyor section with (3) pumps and (3) heat exchangers, (1) control panel, and (1) operator panel with HES 808 temperature controllers.
