Used-TK Fielder Model PMA1200 Stainless Steel High Shear Granulator, 1200 liter capacity with integrated Quadro 196S Comil. Stainless steel jacketed (2 bar max pressure) mixing chamber with standard anchor style impeller bottom driven by a 100 hp DC varidrive with impeller speed of 2 - 140 rpm. It also features secondary high speed chopper directly driven by a 20/15 hp two speed motor (3/60/460) with impeller speeds of 3600/1800 rpm. 316 Stainless steel contact parts. Standard hinged stainless steel top cover with miscellaneous inlets. Unit was mezzanine mounted and is currently set for shipment on temporary legs. It includes the standard TK Fielder pneumatic discharge valve which feeds directly into a Quadro Model 196S Comil on the discharge. The unit currently includes a 2 door electrical hardware enclosure with Comil VFD, main impeller DC drive, and motor starters. Hour meter is 3,138. Unit includes a pushbutton operator station, pneumatic control panel (for air seals), and a wash-in-place control station. Wall mounted wash-in-place system with control valves, etc. Includes optional PC based control (excluding software) with display screen mounted in stainless steel purged panel. Skids with Comil and Fielder spare parts (shaft, seals, belts, etc).
