The Kaps-All AU-6 Automatic Plastic Bottle Unscrambler is a high-speed, versatile system designed to efficiently orient and feed containers into packaging lines. Its robust design includes a large 48-inch diameter pre-feeder bowl and a self-contained elevator/hopper system with an 18-inch wide belt and 3-inch cleats for smooth and consistent container feeding.
The control panel features intuitive controls for the supply hopper, carrier belt, feeder discharge, and rotary wiper, along with adjustable feeder speed dials for precise operation. This system is well-suited for integration into automated bottling and packaging lines.
