Description

Available for sale is a used complete Hayssen Ultima ST12-19HR vertical form-fill-seal packaging line with integrated weighing, product feeding, cartoning, case packing, palletizing, and stretch wrapping equipment.

Primary packaging is performed by a Hayssen Ultima ST12-19HR VFFS machine paired with a Yamato ADW514SV combination scale for weighing and dispensing compatible products into automatically formed bags.

Upstream product handling includes a Deamco bucket elevator, tote dumpers, and Eriez vibratory conveyors, providing equipment for transferring bulk product through the weighing and packaging process.

Downstream of the VFFS machine, packaged bags are transferred to a Thiele (Barry-Wehmiller) CM automatic cartoner with bag-transfer equipment. The secondary packaging operation continues through a Serpa automatic case packer.

Finished cases can then be handled by an Alvey 680 palletizer, with pallet loads subsequently secured using a Lantech spiral stretch wrapper.
