Pouch size range: width 1" - 5-3/4"; height 2" - 9" (change parts may be required). Has 2 fill stations with vacuum openers. Equipped with auto web tracking, film registration, servo film feed, 16 stations. 7" centers, water circulated side and top cooling jaws, auto clutch jam detection and release, and vacuum pick-off. Accepts structured film roll dimensions: Core diameter 6", 22" OD, 22" maximum width. Utilizes Schneider Telemechaniques PLC with Maple Sys HMI. Last used in medical device. 3/60/460V power feed with required 90psi compressed air, vacuum and chilled water. Serial Number 3729, mfg 2013
