Used- Modular Packaging Systems (MPS) Model VC-12 Dual Lane, Double Head Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counter. Each module has a two tray 12 track system. Capable of speeds up to 90 bottles per minute (45 per head) based on 100 count 1/4" round tablets. Container conveyor has a 1: 2 lane divide for dual lane filling with pneumatic container pin indexing under each fill head, and then merging back to single lane with transfer to 48" Stainless Steel accumulation / pack-off conveyor. Has Mitsubishi Model FX3u-64 PLC controls with EZ series HMI touch panel. Last running vitamins solid dosage. Filler was fed by a New England NEHA-CL bulk bottle unscrambler which is available at an additional cost (see AEK #72116001).
