Capacity rated for 90 containers per minute, depending on container size and product. Unit includes 144" long by 3-1/2" wide tabletop chain conveyor with guide rails and variable speed drive. Features bottom-up fill design, auxiliary agitation, and FMC Syntron vibratory product settler. Liquid filling component includes (4) nozzles each measuring 3/8" diameter, 1/-1/2" center line. Last used in nutritional supplement facility.

The bottom-up fill design minimizes product splash and aeration, while the auxiliary agitation system ensures consistent product flow. Additionally, the FMC Syntron vibratory product settler helps remove air pockets and improve fill accuracy.
The liquid filling component includes four (4) nozzles, each 3/8” in diameter with a 1-1/2” centerline, allowing for efficient multi-container filling in a single cycle.
