Description

A used Ideal Pase (Massman) Model APT automatic pail filling line, designed for precision filling and sealing of 1 to 5 gallon pails.

The system includes a twin-head automatic filler with top-down filling design, capable of handling a wide range of liquid and semi-liquid products. The line also features a nitrogen purge system to extend product shelf life, a plug lid dropper, and a metal lid spacer for efficient lid application.

Closing operations are handled by a roller closer for 1–5 gallon pails, with crimping tooling included for 5-gallon pails. Built on a heavy-duty powder-coated frame with full safety guarding, this line provides reliable high-throughput filling.

Complete with pumps on a control cart, Allen Bradley PLC controls, and a color touchscreen HMI, this system offers high automation, reduced operator involvement, and precise control over production. Previously used in polymer applications.
