Used Stainless Steel Inclined Conveyor | Hopper Feed Elevator Conveyor System. Hopper's opening is 28" wide by 63 3/4" long. There is a sliding cover for the hopper. The hopper has an estimated 100 cu ft capacity. There are 2 product sensors with two reflectors. The conveyors have a width of 32". The elevator's conveyor has some broken lifters. The discharge height is 120", and there are adjustable feet that can bring it up another 4". The motors are 265/460 vac 3 ph. overall dimensions are 62" wide by 292" long by 138.5" tall. Last used for running plastic bottles.

Description
Used stainless steel inclined conveyor system designed for bulk product elevation, accumulation, and automated product feeding applications. This conveyor includes a large-capacity hopper feed section and inclined elevator conveyor suitable for plastics, packaging, food, and industrial material handling operations.
The system features a stainless steel hopper with an approximate 100 cubic foot capacity and a sliding hopper cover for controlled product containment. The conveyor section measures approximately 32” wide and includes product sensing controls with dual sensors and reflectors for automated product flow monitoring.
The inclined elevator conveyor discharges at approximately 120” high, with adjustable feet capable of increasing discharge height by an additional 4”. The conveyor was previously used for plastic bottle handling applications. Some conveyor lifters on the elevator section are damaged or broken and may require repair or replacement.
