This Used Tri-Pack Model SPC Large Format Tamper Evident Bander and Sleeve Labeler is a high-speed, automated sleeve application system engineered for tamper evident banding and shrink sleeve labeling. Capable of speeds up to 250 containers per minute (300 ppm with TE band), it’s built to handle a wide product size range with diameters from 1" to 7", and a layflat range of 75mm to 280mm.

Powered by Allen Bradley Logix5572 PLC, PanelView Plus 1000 HMI, and Kinetix 350 drives, this system is fully integrated for precision control and performance. The machine features perforation, registration, side gripper container handling, and includes a 4" wide x 152" long conveyor. It comes with two Tri-Pack HT-1C shrink tunnels, each with an approximate 6.5” wide x 5.5” tall opening.

Operates on 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz, and designed for demanding production environments.
