This system includes a 3.5 BBL Mash Tun/Brew Kettle, a 500L Lauter Tun/Whirlpool combo, and essential components for efficient brewing, heating, cooling, and grain management.
The Mash Tun/Brew Kettle features a 32” interior diameter x 50” depth, electric heating, and a bottom sweep agitator for consistent wort circulation. It is equipped with an interior spray ball for easy cleaning and sanitation.
The 500L Lauter Tun/Whirlpool combo is top-mounted, with a 32” interior diameter x 34” depth, an interior spray ball, top inlets, a 17” x 12” waste grain port, and a sight glass for monitoring. The 500L stainless steel Whirlpool also includes a spray ball and waste grain port, ensuring efficient wort separation and waste disposal.
Additional system components include a plate and frame heat exchanger, a centrifugal pump, and an advanced control system with temperature monitoring, an auto timer for strike water preheating, and pump speed control.
The brewhouse is mounted on a platform with stairs, measuring approximately 6 ft x 12 ft (platform only) and 9 ft-6 in x 12 ft with the heat exchanger and piping, with an overall height of approximately 8 ft.
