Available for sale is a used Flexicon Bulk Bag Unloader (Super Sack Unloader) complete with Chain-Vey conveying system, designed for efficient unloading, metering, and transfer of bulk powders, granules, and dry ingredients. Constructed of painted mild steel, this system is engineered to safely handle bulk bags weighing up to 4,000 pounds while minimizing dust generation and improving material flow.

The unloader is configured for bags measuring approximately 36"–38" wide (up to 48" wide when full) and 36"–84" high. Product is discharged through a gravity-fed hopper with a 10-inch diameter inlet opening feeding a 2-3/4-inch center bottom screw discharge.

Included with the system are several Flexicon material flow enhancements, including a Flow-Flexer® bulk bag agitation device, Power-Cincher® bulk bag control valve, and Tele-Tube® telescoping bulk bag interface for dust-tight operation. Also included is a Chain-Vey enclosed tubular drag conveyor system, miscellaneous conveying tubing, and a carbon steel receiving hopper with safety grate.
