Description
The Fitzpatrick Model D Comminutor FitzMill is a robust and reliable size reduction machine designed for milling, granulating, and pulverizing applications in industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and nutraceuticals. Constructed from stainless steel, this unit features a cutting chamber approximately 6" diameter x 14" long, equipped with sixteen (16) fixed knives (1" wide x 5/16" thick x 3-3/4" long), and a gravity feed throat with pan. The material exits through a bottom screen discharge at a 33.5" discharge height. It’s powered by a 10 HP, 1760 RPM motor, and comes with a control panel. The machine is mounted on a carbon steel base with four legs and casters for easy mobility.
