Description:
The Rietz 12” Diameter 45° Angle Disintegrator is a high-performance size reduction machine, designed for grinding, disintegration, and homogenization in food processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Equipped with a 21” ID reduction chamber, this unit features 4 rows of 12” diameter hammers, each stacked with 5 hammers to ensure efficient particle reduction. The 3 stainless steel 360° reduction screens with 3/8” diameter perforations provide uniform product output.
Driven by a powerful 50 HP Baldor direct-drive motor, operating at 3600 RPM, 3/60/460V, this unit delivers high-speed material processing. The sanitary threaded inlets and tri-clamp fittings make it ideal for hygienic applications in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical production.
The 4” sanitary thread outlet includes a reducer to a 3” tri-clamp fitting, allowing for easy material discharge and integration into processing lines.
