Used- PPE Face Mask Converting and Wrapping Line. Line consists of assembly line that takes nonwoven material into folder where is sandwiches three layers of material together, and ultrasonically welds the material together, transfers masks to two earloop machines where the strings are ultrasonically welded onto masks. Masks are then transferred and stacked in variable counts into (2) horizontal flow wrappers. Last running a 5 count stack. System was purchased new in 2020. Equipment was manufacturer nu Henan Zhengyang Machinery.
