Used- Attritor. Approximate 80 Gallon capacity. Non-jacketed mixing vessel, approximate 28-1/2" diameter x 29-1/2" deep. Approximate 2-1/4" diameter x 36" long shaft with (14) 1-1/4" diameter welded bars. Driven by a 15hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm motor. Mounted on painted carbon steel forkliftable frame. No manufacturers tag, we only have half of the top cover.

Used Walker 800 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor Kettle – Anchor Agitat

Used Walker Model PZ-CB-SP vertical 800-gallon processor kettle fabricated from 304L stainless steel, designed for heating, cooling, and mixing viscous products in food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications. Vessel measures approximately 58" diameter x 72" straight side with a dished top and slight cone bottom. Atmospheric-rated vessel with a 304 stainless steel jacket rated 50 PSI (-20F to 300F) providing approximately 64 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface. Equipped with a top-entering anchor-style scrape agitator driven by a 5 HP, 3/60/460 volt motor through a 97.89:1 gear reducer for slow-speed, high-torque mixing and efficient wall scraping. Features a 20" manway, 16" x 12" top opening, multiple process nozzles, 4" center bottom outlet with approximately 24" discharge height, 1-1/2" side outlet, and is mounted on (3) stainless steel legs. Serial #8210, National Board #3136, built 1994.

Used Mix S.R.L. MXC2400 Plow Mixer – 2400L (85 cu.ft.) | SS Contact | 30 HP | Jacketed | Built 2006

Used- Mix S.R.L 2400 liter (85 cu.ft.) total capacity plow mixer with inside dimensions of 47.24" ID x 80.71" long. Model number MXC2400. Stainless steel contact parts. No choppers. Two side doors. Motor is 30 hp 60 HZ 480/830 vac 3 ph. Jacket rated for 2 bar at 4 to 38 degrees C. Bottom has two tri-clamp nozzles 2.5" and two 1" RFSP flanges. Bottom discharge is 16" x 18" square with cylinder operated open/close. Middle has two large doors 23.62" x 19.680" square. And two 4" plate flange nozzles with butterfly valves with actuators ( these go to filters) amd one 8" RFSO with butterfly valves with actuators. Top has four 2.5" RFSO and one 1" RFSO. Back end has two 2" RFSO. Mixer sits on four load cells.Unit built in 2006. Serial number C484.

Used C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank – 304 SS, ASME Rated

Used- C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank. Constructed of 304 stainless steel. Vessel measures 5' diameter X 6-1/2' straight side with dished top and bottom (7''1" internal height from dish to dish). Internals includes (2) baffles and top entering agitator shaft with two sets of 2-blade paddles, driven by top mounted drive through gear reducer, 2 HP, 1700 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, SEW Eurodrive gear motor, resulting in 61 output RPM. Vessel is mounted on 3'3" high stainless steel legs. Top head includes 20" diameter manway, 8" diameter flanged connection for motor mounting and (4) 2" inlets. Bottom head includes 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Also includes 2" diameter jacket connections. Vessel is fully jacketed with dimpled jackets on straight side and bottom head, ASME rated jacket, rated for 75 PSI. Tank was used for beverage processing.

(1294) 304L tubes rated 110/FV @-20 to 550 F. Has 304L tubesheets and carbon steel heads. Fittings: (2) 16" inlet/outlet, (2) 1" Aux., (2) 1" vent/drain, (2) 18" inlet/outlet, (1) 2" Aux., (1) 1" vent, (1) 6" drain, (1) 2" Aux. NB# 15500, S/N 19-0072. Built 2019.
