This Groen Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger / Evaporator is designed for efficient heat transfer in viscous and heat-sensitive applications. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it offers 9.5 square feet of heat transfer surface area with a 12" diameter x 18" long chamber. It features three scrapers for continuous product agitation, preventing buildup and ensuring uniform heat distribution. The internal chamber is rated for 120 psi at 353°F.
