Description

The Used Alit 32-Tier Spiral Freezer is a heavy-duty stainless steel continuous spiral freezing system designed for freezing a wide range of food products while maximizing production within a compact footprint. Previously operated in a food processing application, this freezer maintains an ambient operating temperature of -40°C (-40°F) to rapidly freeze products while preserving quality, texture, and appearance.

The freezer features a 32-tier spiral conveyor with a 375 mm (14.7-inch) belt width and 345 mm (13.6-inch) effective belt width. The spiral conveyor provides approximately 198 meters (650 feet) of total belt length, with approximately 192 meters (630 feet) of usable conveying length, allowing extended product residence time for efficient freezing.

Variable belt speeds ranging from 8 to 12 meters per minute (26–39 feet per minute) provide flexibility to accommodate various products and production rates. The freezer incorporates 140 mm tier spacing, 80 mm free space between tiers, and accommodates products up to 70 mm (2.75 inches) in height.
