Used Rosenmund Filter Dryer, Model RSD-3 (RSD-0.3-528-89), engineered for filtration, washing, and drying operations in pharmaceutical, chemical, and fine chemical industries. Constructed with T316L stainless steel product contact surfaces for superior corrosion resistance, and T304L stainless steel jacket for thermal control, this versatile system ensures high containment, product purity, and process efficiency.

The filter area is 0.3 square meters, with a maximum vessel capacity of 45 gallons, suitable for small to mid-size batch processing. The vessel is pressure rated at 100 psi and full vacuum at 400°F, while the T304L jacket is rated at 150 psi at 400°F. The system includes a hydraulic agitator for efficient product discharge and uniform drying, and side discharge for ease of product removal.

This unit comes with a complete vacuum system, including an Apovac 3.2/850 PMZF2510 Liquid Ring vacuum pump, receiver, and control panel, all skid-mounted for turnkey operation.
