Description

Used Refractory Engineering Calciner/Kiln, designed for high-temperature processing of refractory materials and other heat-resistant products. Constructed from high-grade materials, including A3 steel, 304 stainless steel (SS), and 321 stainless steel (SS) on all product contact and exhaust parts, this robust system ensures durability and superior corrosion resistance under extreme temperatures.

The system features 11 working sections, each 1885mm long, providing a total kiln length of 20,735mm (approx. 20.7m / 68ft). It operates at a maximum temperature of 1000°C (1832°F), with a continuous working temperature up to 950°C (1742°F). Powered by 32 natural gas burners, this kiln offers consistent, high-efficiency heating suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Included in the system are all necessary fans, piping, pumps, sensors, valves, and additional infrastructure, ensuring this is a turnkey solution. Also included are:

• (1) Loading Table: 1600mm (52") x 1800mm (59") with rubber-covered steel rolls
• (1) Unloading Table: 1600mm (52") x 1800mm (59")
• (1) Plate Recycling Line
